The goal of this article is to explain the existence of system-generated Automations when various Marketing Cloud products are activated.
When Marketing Cloud Einstein / intelligence reporting is activated, system-generated Automations will be created in Automation Studio to allow it to process the send data from your business unit.
Note: Allow a few days to complete the analysis after activation of Einstein products within Marketing Cloud.
The following Automations should not be edited or deleted.
Main Automation
This automation sends CURRENT data to the Data Scientists for scoring and is an important component of the Einstein application.
This Automation should run nightly, at a predefined schedule.
“PSMain” will be appended to the end of the automation name
Historical Automation
This Automation sends HISTORICAL data to the Data Scientists for scoring and is an important component of the Einstein application.
This Automation should run once, at the beginning of adopting Einstein products.
