When we are logging into our Salesforce accounts on our devices, it may prompt us for a verification code. This verification code can be sent via email. This verification process also occurs when we're resetting our Salesforce password. At times, we may encounter issues with password reset emails being delivered successfully, but verification code emails fails.
When not receiving verification emails, here are ways to troubleshoot the issue:
