Starting Spring ’20, Experience Cloud users receive confirmation emails when they change their email address, for additional security. Two confirmation emails are sent: One to the original email address and one to the new email address. You can disable email confirmations for email address changes, but it’s not recommended. For more information, see Define Identity Verification Settings for Your Orgs and Experience Cloud Sites.
