Distinguish if prospect received HTML or text version of Account Engagement emails

Beschreibung
Account Engagement emails bundle together a text version alongside the HTML version so that email servers can load the text version if the HTML email doesn't load. Some marketers would like to be able to distinguish if a prospect saw the email or the text version.
Lösung
Account Engagement doesn't have a way to distinguish which version (text or HTML) was shown to a particular prospect since the prospect's email server decides which version to display upon receiving the email.
