Salesforce System Administrator Gets Logged Out When Using 'Login as User'

게시 일자: May 27, 2026
상세 설명

Salesforce System Administrators who use the 'Login as User' feature to impersonate another user may find themselves unexpectedly logged out when attempting to access a record. This behavior is caused by the 'Force relogin after Login-As-User' session setting being enabled in the organization's Security settings.
When an administrator logs in as a User, the system allows navigation, but when attempting to access a record on an object, it logs out and returns to the user page where the administrator had the option to Login as User.

How the 'Force Relogin After Login-As-User' Setting Works

If the setting is enabled, a Salesforce administrator must log in again to continue using Salesforce after logging out as the impersonated User. If the setting is disabled, the administrator is automatically returned to their original session after logging out as the User.
