Account Engagement prospects can be marked as Do Not Sync with CRM from an automation rule, manually or when a syncing Salesforce record is deleted. This setting can be removed manually or with an automation rule.

Re-enabling CRM Syncing for a Single Prospect

You can re-enable CRM syncing for a single prospect by navigating to the prospect record and clicking Enable CRM Syncing. This can be found in the upper right-hand corner of the prospect record > dropdown arrow.

Re-enabling CRM Syncing for Multiple Prospects

If you used an automation rule to disable CRM syncing for multiple prospects, you can re-enable syncing using a second automation rule.

  1. Create an automation rule using criteria that will find the prospects you want to re-enable syncing for.
  2. In the Actions section, select Allow Deleted CRM Lead or Contact to Recreate from Account Engagement.

This will remove the Do Not Sync with CRM flag from the prospect records.
Note: This ONLY removed the flag, it does not trigger a sync. For instructions on syncing prospects en masse, please see this article.
