In order to access Conga Quote Generation in your Org, you must first install the Conga Quote Generation for Salesforce CPQ package in your Salesforce instance using the link provided in your order. Once the package is installed in the Org, the package name appears as "Salesforce CPQ: Conga Quotes" and a namespace of "APXTCFQ" should be visible from the Installed Packages menu. This menu can be found by searching Installed Packages in the Quick Find search box from Setup.
