Give the Account Engagement Integration User Access to B2BMA

Fecha de publicación: Sep 30, 2025
Descripción
The Integration User in your org facilitates the transfer of analytics information to B2BMA. For it to work properly, the Analytics Cloud Integrations User profile must be assigned to that user, along with certain general permissions, and field-level security.

Follow these steps:

1. In Salesforce, go to Setup > Users > Locate the ‘Integration User’. Verify it is using the Analytics Cloud Integration User profile.

2. Open the profile, go to App Permissions, and verify it includes access to Campaign Influence. If it doesn't, create a new permission set and apply it to the Analytics Cloud Integrations User profile.
   a. Create a new permission set named “Access to Campaign Influence,” and set License to None.
   b. In the permission set, drill down to the App Permissions section, Click Edit, and enable 'Campaign Influence' permission under the Sales section.
   c. Assign the permission set to the Integration User.

3. Navigate to the Object Manager, and update two objects with new field-level security. Click each field, select Set Field-Level Security, and assign Visible.
   a. Event object—Type field
   b. Contact object—Lead Source, Account Engagement Grade, and Account Engagement Score fields

Note: Account Engagement Grade and Account Engagement Score aren't standard fields. Install the Account Engagement AppExchange package to use these fields.
