Recipients of 'Scheduled Report did not complete' notifications

Description

When there is a scheduled report that was not able to run, usually due to the running user no longer being active, users in the org with the permissions "Manage Users", "Modify All Data" and "Manage Billing" will receive a notification email with the subject line: "Scheduled Report XXXXX did not complete". XXXX = the report name. 

 

 

Résolution
If there are no users in the org that have all three permissions, then the criteria will be relaxed to look for users with the permissions "Manage Users" and "Modify All Data".
