Experience Cloud sites in newly refreshed sandboxes must be re-published before the site URL becomes accessible. Although the site status appears as "Published" in Experience Builder after a sandbox refresh, the site URL will not be available until you manually re-publish the site. This is a known limitation.
After a sandbox refresh, Experience Cloud sites must be manually re-published before the site URL becomes accessible, even though Experience Builder shows the site as Published. Follow the steps below for your Salesforce interface.
After publishing, confirm the site loads by accessing the published site URL.
If the error persists after fully publishing the site in a sandbox, contact Salesforce Support.
Check to confirm if the site now loads by accessing the published site.
