License requirements to create cases in the Salesforce Help Portal

In order to create cases in the Salesforce Help Portal, your users must be assigned a supported License type.

Only users with the 'Salesforce' license type can create Support Cases in the Help Portal. To request broader license support, submit or promote an Idea on IdeaExchange.
