Copying Content from Word in the Account Engagement WYSIWYG Email Editor

Description

Per recent updates in the CKEditor used, as well as general browser security updates, the Paste From Word button is no longer supported. For more information, refer to this post from the vendor.

Additionally, the Paste From Word button is not available in the Account Engagement Lightning email builder.

Résolution
We recommend not using Word to build emails. Content created in Word and pasted into Account Engagement will have unexpected results. Troubleshooting content from Word falls outside the scope of Account Engagement Support. We recommend building emails directly within our editors.
