The Send Email button is missing from the Activity History related list when viewed in an Experience Cloud site. This occurs when the Email action has not been added to the Global Publisher Layout.
In Experience Cloud, the visibility of buttons and actions on related lists — including the Activity History related list — is controlled through the Global Publisher Layout configuration, not through page layouts or Experience Builder component properties. Additionally, the Send Email profile-level permission must be enabled for the affected user in order for the button to appear.
The Send Email profile-level permission must also be enabled for the affected users in order for the Send Email button to appear in Activity History. Without this permission, even if the Email action is present in the Global Publisher Layout, the button will not display for the user.
Clear your browser cache and log back into the site. Navigate to a record where the Send Email action was not previously visible and confirm the button is now restored.
