Cannot see 'Send Email' button in Activity History in Experience Cloud Site

The Send Email button is not present on the Activity History related list when viewed in an Experience Cloud site. How do you restore this?
Решение

This button or action visibility within an Experience Builder site is controlled via the Global Publisher layout. If the Email action is not present on the layout then it will not display on the Activity History related list. You can confirm this by doing the following:
 
  1. Go to the Publisher Layouts
  • In Salesforce Classic: Setup > Create > Global Actions > Publisher Layouts
  • In Lightning Experience: gear icon > Setup > User Interface > Global Actions > Publisher Layouts
  1. Click on Edit for Global Layout.
  2. Drag the Email action from Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Actions on the palette and drop it on the layout.
  3. Click Save.

Note: 'Send Email' profile level permission must also be enabled for the Users in order to see the 'Send Email' button in Activity History.

Clear your browser cache and log back into the site and access a record where the Send Email action was not present, it should now be restored.
