While trying to migrate to Lightning Experience, user or system admin might see this error:

This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. First, would you give us some details? (We're reporting this as error ID: 1008972004)
Ratkaisu
To resolve this, please check the value of the State/Province field set in the Address section of your Company Information page. It would be in 2 letters, you need to change the State/Province value to use the whole word and not only the 2 initials.

For example: if the value in the State/Province Field is UT, change it to Utah.
