'We've encountered an unexpected error sending your email' error message when sending an Engage email

Learn how to troubleshoot the error "We’ve encountered an unexpected error sending your email. Please try again later and contact our support team if the problem persist" when sending a Salesforce Engage email.
Løsning
1. Verify the sending user has the Salesforce Engage license and permission set.
2. Check to see if the sending user has enabled the browser extension "Grammarly". Disable this extension or update to the latest version and try again. 
3. Try sending the email in a different browser.
4. Try sending the email in an incognito or private browsing window.
5. Clear browser third-party cookies/cache and try sending the email again.
6. Avoid copying and pasting emails directly from Account Engagement into the Salesforce Engage emails. This causes an issue with rendering of the unsubscribe and email preference merge tags.
7. Verify that the email template or body has either a %%unsubscribe%% or %%email_preference_center%% variable tag (or {{Unsubscribe}} or {{EmailPreferenceCenter}} tag if Handlebars Merge Language is enabled) if sending to more than 10 prospects at a time.
