Keeping Account Engagement clean

Below are some strategies to clean and consolidate unused assets and inactive prospects within your Account Engagement's org. If you'd simply like to increase your database, your Account Executive can help you upgrade your account. Learn more about our available editions in our Pricing guide.

You must evaluate content to ensure it applies to current initiatives, and delete any assets related to outdated or non-active resources. Prospect engagement with deleted assets (files, landing pages, etc.) will still be visible on the prospect record.

Prospect Database

Landing Pages, Forms, Form Handlers

Retire assets related to old events or out-of-date collateral. Consider merging multiple forms into a single form for use across your website.
 

Automation Rules

Delete rules related to past events, paused rules, or rules that have never matched a prospect.

Engagement Studio Programs

Delete or pause test programs or programs which may be outdated. 
 

Files

Delete old logos, white papers, event promo material, and other outdated content.
Important Note: Files, Advanced Dynamic Content, and Tags cannot be undeleted.
 

Page Actions

Use wildcard Page Actions where applicable.
 

Custom Redirects

View your custom redirect report and see if there are any redirects that have low engagement and delete any that are no longer needed.
