Only "My Contacts" can be selected in the Contact History report

When running a Contact History report, users notice the Contacts filter only allows 'My Contacts.' This occurs when the user lacks Read permission on the Account Name field on the Contact object.

솔루션

This issue may occur if the user does not have Read permission for the Account Name field on the Contact object.

  1. Go to Setup and access Object Manager.
  2. Select the Contact object and click Fields & Relationships.
  3. Select Account Name.
  4. Click Set Field-Level Security.
  5. Check the Read Access checkbox for the profiles that do not have the permission granted, then click Save.
