Publiceringsdatum: May 26, 2025

Lösning

To resolve this, a system administrator must enable Web-to-Case from Setup.

To enable Web-to-Case from Setup

  1. Navigate to Web-to-Case from Setup
In Salesforce Classic: Setup | Customize | Self-Service | Web-to-Case
In Lightning Experience: Setup | Feature Settings | Service | Web-to-Case

  1. Select Enable Web-to-Case.
  2. Click Save.

Note: If there are Record Types on the Case object, you must ensure that a Record Type is defined on the Global Action. The out-of-the-box Global Actions do not include Record Types, so they will fail.

For further details on how to further configure the Guest User to submit cases, please review the following Knowledge article:

Allow Guest Users to Log a Case with Salesforce Experience Cloud

If doing the above does not resolve the issue, your organization may be missing a permission that needs to be enabled. If so, please raise a Case with Salesforce Support and reference this article in the Case description.
