Deployment Error: Unknown user permission: Manage Networks

Descrizione
Sometimes the deployment fails with the permission "Error: Unknown user permission: ManageNetworks" while deploying profile. This means that your target organization does not have community enabled.
Risoluzione
Disable "Create and Set up Community permission" permission in source organization's profile while retrieving  the package.xml file and then deploy it to target org. This is because the permission "Create and Set up Communities"  is enabled in the source organization's profile but not in the target org as there is no community enabled in it.
