Based on settings within your organization, it's possible to access a Lead record and add Campaigns to the Lead after the Lead has been converted. This can cause some confusion in the reporting of Campaigns and Leads because the Lead would not show on the Campaigns with Leads report after it has been converted, unless the Campaigns were added after the conversion.
To view all Leads associated with Campaigns regardless of conversion status, use the 'Campaigns with Leads and Converted Lead Information' report type in Salesforce. This report type includes both converted and unconverted Leads, making it ideal for tracking campaign effectiveness across the full Lead lifecycle
To use it: Navigate to the Reports tab, click New Report, and search for 'Campaigns with Leads and Converted Lead Information' in the report type selector
