'Uploaded file isn't a certificate. (Related field: Identity Provider Certificate)' error

Veröffentlichungsdatum: Apr 30, 2023
Beschreibung
When uploading the Identity Provider Certificate under the SSO settings, you may receive the following error:
"Error File: Uploaded file isn't a certificate. (Related field: Identity Provider Certificate) ". This is most likely caused because of missing Begin and End tags in the certificate.
Lösung

One of the main reasons for this error is that the uploaded certificate does not have the begin and end tags.
After inserting these tags, you should be able to upload the certificate successfully.

Steps:

Open the certificate in a text editor and add the begin and end tags. The certificate should look like the below example:

-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
MIIF/zCCA+egAwIBAgIUEMvqGHErx4Cd6C7R6xM4trXot78wDQYJKoZIhvcNAQEL
