Report results that contain Hebrew characters will appear as '??' in Excel (CSV or XLS) files exported from Salesforce.
Hebrew characters appear as question marks because the default Excel CSV encoding does not support Unicode characters. Exporting in Unicode (UTF-8) format and re-importing with the correct encoding setting restores the characters.
