Account Engagement prospect activities on Lead and Contact records are not visible

In Lightning Experience, the Engagement History Lightning component displays Activities on Leads and Contacts inside of Salesforce. This is a custom Lightning page component so MyDomain should be enabled before the component can be added in the Lightning Page Builder. 

If a User is unable to see the activities on the Lead or Contact. Ensure the following:

 After making these changes, please log out and log back in and/or clear your browser's cookies and cache.

Note:

  • In Salesforce Classic, Account Engagement Activities are added to the Lead and Contact record as a Visualforce page. The same steps above apply.
  • Users with Sales or Sales Manager user roles will not be able to see data if the prospect associated with the Lead/Contact is not assigned to them
