Changes to Employee Sites Licenses

Employee Communities previously used the User License Type named "Company Communities" but has started to transition to a combination of the "Salesforce Platform" User License Type in tandem with the "Company Communities for Force.com" Permission Set License. If your company has started this transition, please follow the instructions below.

 

솔루션
Assign the new license type
  1. Navigate to the User Detail
  2. Select "Edit" 
  3. Change the User License from "Company Communities" to "Salesforce Platform"
  4. Save
Create the Permission Set
  1. Navigate to Permission Sets
  2. Select "New"
  3. Choose a Label and API Name
  4. From the License dropdown menu, select "Company Community for Force.com" 
  5. Save
Assign the Permission Set
  1. Once the Permission Set has saved, select "Manage Assignments"
  2. Select "Add Assignments"
  3. Choose the appropriate Users
  4. Select "Assign"
