Setting Up and Troubleshooting Trail Tracker Sync for myTrailhead (Sales Enablement)

Description

Trail Tracker is a managed package that syncs Trailhead and myTrailhead (Sales Enablement) learning data into your Salesforce org, enabling administrators to track Trailblazer progress and assign Trailmixes. This article covers initial setup and troubleshooting when the sync connection stops.

Resolution

If your sync connection has stopped syncing, here are a couple of items to check:

1. If you have previously set up Trail Tracker to sync and it has suddenly stopped, it might be because the user credentials are outdated.  Information on creating an integration user is available in the Installation Guide.
2. Included with the Trail Tracker install is a report called 'Debug Logs'.  This report will give you detailed connection information to help in troubleshooting.
