Install of managed package or app results in the following errors:

Error Id: XXXXXXXXX-XXXX (-1497144535)

OR 

App Limit Exceeded
Can't complete this operation because it would exceed the number of apps allowed by the user license.

 
Solución

These errors may occur when a package or app install unexpectedly results in assignment of a standard Salesforce App to an invalid user profile/license combination.

For example, a Salesforce Platform user license can only access custom apps (see Standard User Licenses).  However, the error is returned if the package install detects assignment of a standard app to Platform license profile.

If the error appears when trying to add a custom app then please log a case Salesforce Support.

Include the error code or message, ID for the target org for package install, login access as the installing user, and selections made on package install to reproduce the issue along with permission for Support to attempt install for troubleshooting.
