Outlook Integration icons are grayed out in Outlook when composing a new email.


ROOT CAUSE
Another app from Office store is providing the same functionality like Outlook Integration or Inbox is causing a conflict and causing the Outlook Integration button to be grayed out in the new email compose window.

Lösning

User can try the below steps:

  • Open Office 365 Store page by clicking on apps for Office add-ins from main Outlook screen & disable any other app which provides the similar functionality like Log email , track email, Read receipts.
  • Once you get the Outlook Integration VIEW icon back, just pin that and enable the other add-ins again. Otherwise, if you don't want to use those add-ins keep it disabled or uninstall.
