When a report that is Trended in Analytics attempts to run on schedule, there are some situations that will prevent it from successfully capturing the data for that point in time. These include, but are not limited to:
If a Trended Report attempts to run during those times, it will fail and the dataset will not have records added for that run.
Because CRM Analytics processes trending snapshots at specific points in time, there is no way to retroactively capture missed data. Future scheduled runs will continue as expected. To minimize potential gaps, avoid scheduling trending jobs during known maintenance windows or while User object syncs are in progress.
