Beskrivelse
User Unable to Assign Default Account Team to Account He Owns

From an Account when I click on Add Default Account Team. I receive an error:

From Lightning User Interface the error message:

Default team failed. We couldn't add the record owner's default Account Team.  Try again, or contact Salesforce for help.

From Aloha (Salesforce Classic) the error message:

Insufficient Privileges: You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested.  Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary.  For more information, see Insufficient Privileges Error.

Under the User Role detail, in the option "Opportunity Access" you have selected:

Users in this role cannot access contacts/opportunities/cases that they do not own that are associated with accounts that they do own.
Løsning
In the Role Detail page, by changing the Opportunity access to “User in this role can edit all opportunities associated with accounts that they own, regardless of whom owns the opportunities,” you will be able to add the default Account team.

1. In Classic: Go to Setup | Manage Users | Roles
In Lightning: Click the Gear icon then go to Setup | Users | Roles
2. Click Role Name of the affected user.
3. Click Edit.
4. In the Opportunity Access choose the option "Users in this role can edit all opportunities associated with accounts that they own, regardless of who owns the opportunities"
5. Click Save.
