When viewing the record in Lightning Experience, the user receives the error:
Unfortunately, there was a problem. Please try again. If the problem continues, get in touch with your administrator with the error ID shown here and any other related details. Error ID: xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxx (-1157396126)
One of the reasons a user would see this error is if the related list component in the Lightning page is referring to an object that is no longer available.
Remove the corresponding object's related list component from the Lightning page.
Note: A Salesforce admin can also navigate to the record in Lightning, click the gear icon, and select 'Edit Page'. The necessary adjustments can then be made to the record page.
