Sales Dialer Network Requirements
We recommend having a dedicated network for your Dialer calls. We recommend having at least 10 kbps per Dialer session available, but having 500 kbps+ per Dialer session is optimal.
Lightning Dialer is built upon Twilio’s communication platform. For a detailed list of network requirements, see Twilio’s list of network requirements.
Scenario: Mark is a sales representative at a tech company that uses Salesforce Sales Dialer to make calls directly from Salesforce. The company recently expanded its sales team, and Mark notices that some team members are experiencing issues with call quality and connectivity.
Make sure all relevant ports are open so you can make and receive calls on your network.

† The client will select any available port from the ephemeral range. On most machines, this means the port range 1,024 to 65,535.
Your firewall should allow outgoing UDP to the the public internet from the browsers that will be using Twilio Client and allow return traffic in response.
Requests will be coming from different IP addresses, so make sure you allow requests from Twilio.
When you’re finished with everything, you can check your browser and network requirements with Twilio’s network test.
