Notes and Attachments access for Customer Community License users allows site users to view Notes and Attachments on the Account and Contact objects within an Experience Cloud site. This feature is useful for organizations that need to surface related account or contact documents directly to their community users without requiring a higher-tier license. For example, a partner portal user can view supporting documents attached to their account record without needing internal Salesforce access.

Notes and Attachments access for Customer Community License users must be explicitly activated by Salesforce Support before it is available in your organization.
If you've reviewed all relevant documentation and still need assistance with activating this feature, please have a System Administrator create an activation request with Support.
Once activated, a System Administrator should verify that Notes and Attachments are visible on the Account and Contact objects for the relevant Experience Cloud site users.
