Outlook Integration Side Panel Returns an Error after Attempt to Authenticate in Google Chrome

You may see the following error when attempting to authenticate via the Outlook integration in Google Chrome:

'We encountered a problem. For Help, contact your administrator.'

In this scenario, users may be able to authenticate in other web browsers via Outlook Web Access, in addition to the local Outlook client.
 
Løsning

The issue may stem from a Google Chrome Cookies setting. The Outlook Integration requires the Block third-party cookies option to be unchecked or disabled:
  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. At the top right, click Settings
  3. Under Privacy and Security, click Cookies and other site data
  4. Deselect Block third-party cookies

Toggle the switch to the off position to disable the Block third-party cookies setting. 

Note: Other web browsers may experience the same behavior; however, the naming scheme may vary.
