Salesforce Experience Cloud Sites support article voting through the Article Content component. Administrators can enable the 'Allow voting on articles' setting to show a 'Was this article helpful?' prompt with thumbs up/down icons to authenticated users.
When 'Allow voting on articles' is enabled, authenticated (logged-in) Experience Cloud Site users see a 'Was this article helpful?' label at the bottom of article content with thumbs up/down vote icons.
It is not currently possible to customize the article voting feature, including personalizing the wording or selecting custom vote icons.
To help improve this feature, consider creating or voting for related Ideas on the IdeaExchange.
