Customize "Allow voting on articles" in Experience Cloud Sites

Current Behavior:

When 'Allow voting on articles' is enabled, authenticated (logged-in) Experience Cloud Site users see a 'Was this article helpful?' label at the bottom of article content with thumbs up/down vote icons.

Known Limitation:

It is not currently possible to customize the article voting feature, including personalizing the wording or selecting custom vote icons.

To help improve this feature, consider creating or voting for related Ideas on the IdeaExchange.
