Customize "Allow voting on articles" in Experience Cloud Sites

Administrators may configure the Article Content component by checking the 'Allow voting on articles' preference to Allow Experience Site Users vote on Knowledge Articles in an Experience Cloud Site.
Lösning

Enable "Allow voting on articles" to expose the "Was this article helpful?" label at the bottom of the article content to allow authenticated or logged-in Experience Cloud Site users to select thumbs up or down.

Currently, it is not possible to customize the article voting feature.
