Quick Actions fields not visible in Lightning Experience

Beschreibung

Any new custom field or existing standard field on Task object is available in Salesforce Classic however you will notice this is not available in Lightning Experience.

Lösung


To make the standard field or the custom field visible in Lightning Experience, please follow the below steps.

 

  1. Go to
In Salesforce Classic: Setup | Create | Global Actions | Global Actions
In Lightning Experience: Gear icon | Setup | Platform Tools | User Interface | Global Actions | Global Actions
 
  1. Click on the Layout link right next to the action New Task
  2. Drag and drop the fields that you would like to add to the Task layout.
  3. Click on Save.
 

Note:
This apply to all Global Actions fields in Lightning Experience.
