Recipient of Failure Alerts from a Flow, Process Builder, or Workflow Rule

Publish Date: May 29, 2026
Description
To identify the Process Builder, Flows, or Workflow Rules error email alert recipients, there is no standard functionality or a section where you could check the same.

The error email goes to the administrator or user who last modified the process version that is failing.

In order to change the recipient of process fault emails, the administrator who wants to get the notifications from a process needs to deactivate or reactivate that process.
