User is getting the error when trying to access the Command Center for Service tab in the Salesforce console.

Error: 'Omni-Channel is currently unavailable'

Løsning

The reason users will get the error is that the Command Center for Service Tab is set to Default Off on the Profile.

Change the Tab Settings for the Command Center for Service Object to Default On on the Profile.

To add the Command Center for Service Tab to the Console App, follow the below steps:

In Salesforce Classic:

1. Click My Settings.
2. Click Display & Layout.
3. Click Customize My Tabs.
4. Choose 'Console' in question.
5. Add the 'Command Center for Service'.
6. Click Save.

Note: The option 'Cusomize My Tabs'  is only available in Salesforce Classic, which means that you may not be able to perform these steps in Lightning.

In Lightning Experience:

1. From the Console app, click the pencil icon on the navigation menu.
2. Click the button 'Add More Items' to your navigation menu.
3. Select 'Command Center for Service'
4. Save.
