Report on Accounts without Opportunities in Professional edition

Description

As Cross Object Filters are not available within Professional Edition, the best way to create a report that will display Accounts without Opportunities is by creating a Roll-Up Summary field on the Account Object that will display the number of associated opportunity records. 

Résolution

Create a Custom Roll-Up Summary field on the Account object


1. Click Setup:
  • Salesforce Classic: Customize | Accounts | Fields
  • Salesforce Lightning: Select Object Manager | Account | Fields & Relationships
2. Click New Custom Field, then set the Data Type as Roll-Up Summary
3. For 'Field Label,' enter Opportunity Count, then click Next
4. For 'Summarized Object,' select Opportunity
5. For 'Roll-Up type,' select Count, then click Next
6. Click Next, then click Save.

   

Create a Report using the Account object


1. Click Reports | New Report
2. Select the Accounts Report type, then click Create
3. Select the All Accounts and Date fields per your requirements
4. Drag the Opportunity Count field in the filter and add the Criteria as Opportunity Count equals to 0.


This will provide the report for all Accounts without Opportunities
