Whenever a Flow is created on a Task or Event object to update the Reminder Set field, the Reminder Set field is not checked upon process update.
Note:
Enable Activity Reminders is checked on your org, if this feature is enabled. For process updates, the Reminder Set field will remain un-checked. Below are the steps:
In Classic:
Click on Setup | Customize | Activities | Activity Settings | Enable Activity Reminders | Submit
In Lightning:
Click on Setup | Sales | Activity Settings | Enable Activity Reminders | Submit
When creating a Flow to update a Task or Event record, it’s important to include two field updates to ensure the reminder is correctly set:
1) Reminder Set
2) Reminder Date and Time (DateTime field with a valid reminder time)
Without adding the Reminder Date and Time field, the Reminder Set field will show as un-checked on the Task or Event record.
