Account Engagement Email Looks Different After Forwarding

If a prospect forwards your email to someone, it could end up with broken formatting in the recipient's inbox. After Account Engagement sends your email, email clients or email servers can tear apart your email code, rendering them looking broken or with exposed HTML.
Ratkaisu
Unfortunately, this problem is caused by the recipient's email clients and servers, so there's nothing Account Engagement can do to prevent it. We recommend against forwarding tracked emails whenever possible.
