| An email with external emails + external emails don't match any record | No records to display | If an email does not match a contact or a lead in Salesforce, the user can create a new contact or lead using the global action (+) on the top left in the add-in. Alternatively, in the Compose/New Email window, the add-in will show the "Add to Salesforce" option to create a new contact or lead in Salesforce Also, if the selected email has matching records in SF but the search does not return any results then this is an expected behavior IF an org has a large number of combined accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, etc records. Please contact Support for further assistance. |
