Force Account Engagement-Hosted File Downloads to Open in a New Tab, Instead of Downloading Automatically

Description
On January 23rd 2023, a highly upvoted idea requesting to open files in a new tab instead of downloading them automatically has been implemented. Any files uploaded after that date will open in a new tab.

Account Engagement-hosted files uploaded before that date are still set to download automatically for maximum backward compatibility with browsers.
 
Résolution
If you want all the files in your account to have the same new behavior and open in a new tab, please re-upload any old files that were uploaded before January 23rd 2023.
