The Salesforce Security & Compliance Site provides visibility into our compliance certifications and enables customers and prospects with self-service access to compliance documentation.

The Salesforce Security and Compliance Site provides visibility into our compliance certifications and enables customers to self-service compliance document downloads (SOC reports, ISO 27001 Certification, DR Testing Site Switch, Data Security Maintenance and more!)
  • Core customers with active Salesforce Services licenses (excluding Trial, Free and Developer Orgs) can login with their Salesforce credentials for immediate access to compliance documentation.
    • Issues login in? Customers using My Domain who have turned off login via login.salesforce.com must first click on the “Use Custom Domain” link before logging in to the Salesforce Security and Compliance Site.
  • If you are a Prospect or a non-core customer and need access to these documents, you may request to be enabled for email authentication by contacting your Salesforce account team.

Important Note: Opening a Support case will result in redirection to the Security and Compliance Site. If you need any follow up assistance relating to compliance content, security calls or security questionnaire requests, please reach out to your account representative.
