“Insufficient Privileges” error when using the Send Account Engagement Email button

Description
When a User clicks the Send Account Engagement Email button and they are redirected to an Account Engagement page, which displays the error message: “Your user role and/or account level does not permit you to access this resource. Please contact your account manager.”
Résolution
Verify the following are true for the affected user:

- The user record in Salesforce has been granted the “Account Engagement” permission set.
- The user record in Account Engagement has single sign-on enabled.
- The user record in Account Engagement is the owner of the record they’re attempting to email.

If the affected user does not own the record, their Account Engagement user role must have the “View prospects not assigned to self” ability enabled. The default Sales role does not have this ability; the default Sales Manager role does. When editing a custom role in Account Engagement, the ability can be enabled in the Prospect tab.
