Using the Prospect Notes Field in Account Engagement

Each prospect record includes a Notes field that appears in the Insight section. Learn how to make use of this field in this article.

This Account Engagement prospect Notes field is used for internal-only notes about a prospect. To add or remove notes, edit the prospect record and make changes in the Notes field.

- Notes can be added and removed only from the individual prospect record.
- This field is not available for use in any forms, form handlers, automations, or segmentation rules. It is available only on individual prospect records.
- This field is set to accept multiple responses. Do not include it in prospect imports unless the field contains a new value. Otherwise, the field will have duplicate values.

If you need to use the Notes field differently, we recommend you create a custom field instead.
