Marketing Cloud supports sending GIF images in the body of email messages on desktop and most mobile devices. If the image contains critical information, include it as HTML text in the body of the email for reference.
Add Image Content within Content Builder by selecting Create > Upload > Content and selecting your GIF
To insert the image in an HTML email, using a styling tag similar to the tag below:

Use the URL you copied in step 3 and replace the src attribute with the URL.
