Mark Tasks as Complete in Lightning

Prior to the introduction of the Do More with Tasks from the List View users could select a box next to their Task's Subject to strike through and set the task to Complete from the Task's Table view in Lightning.

The Tasks tab now has Table, Kanban, and Split list views available.

The previous check box that would close or complete a Task from the table view has been replaced with a record selection box - just like the rest of the app.


Note: The record selection box and inline editing are only available if your Task view has been filtered by one record type.

 

Mark Tasks as complete in the:

     
  • Kanban view by simply dragging and dropping the task to a completed status.


Or by opening the Task and clicking 'Mark Complete'
