To reduce the volume of Feed Tracked Changes appearing in the 'What I Follow' feed, users can apply the Fewer Updates feed filter. This filter hides FTCs and surfaces more relevant posts such as comments and mentions.
Note that it is not currently possible to configure a default Chatter feed filter for all users; however, individual users can apply sticky filters that persist between sessions.
For Chatter Email Digest frequency, users can configure their personal digest settings in Chatter Email Settings to control how often they receive digest emails and what content is included.
